Hotel rates can vary anytime of the year due to several reasons- Holiday weekends, Conventions, Festivals, Blackout dates, Weather etc.
Blackout dates: All long weekends, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, 31st December, and New Year. Every hotel has more blackout dates depending on the conventions in the cities.
Prices quoted here can vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Tours Limited will strive to meet them on every occasion; however, they are not guaranteed.
Any hotel change, or peak period travel will be extra cost.
We reserve the right to use alternative hotel accommodation and transfers of equal or higher standard.
Tours Limited reserves the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or any other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. Valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.
For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.)
All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply to COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the rules when in premises of respective hotels.
Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. Driver will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our van/coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
The van/coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be SUV/15 seater van/25 seater coach. Our driver will be driver-cum guide. Tours Limited is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers to take care of their personal belongings.
Hotels will ask for Credit Card at the time of check in to the hotel towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out. Some hotels do not accept cash so please ask the passenger to carry a valid credit card, it is a must.
The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in, coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will try to collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
Because of the current pandemic, all breakfast and dinner will be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers to follow the guidelines of the restaurant. Packed breakfast option is not available. No refund for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
Time Wise itinerary must be strictly adhered to maintain the flow of the itinerary. The itinerary and vouchers will be sent by email 72 hours prior to departure. Porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages are not included.
Wi-Fi – is available at the discretion of the hotel, if there is an additional cost for WIFI the client must pay directly to the hotel.
The weather can vary considerable depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended. Always carry jackets and closed comfortable shoes as it can get colder at the Glaciers and mountains

Tours Limited does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our driver will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed as it depends on the hotel's discretion & availability on the date of arrival to the hotel.
Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel. No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
