Mandatory tips - $25 total per person. Tips will be collected from tour participants by the tour manager and distributed to the driver and guides. Must be cash and cannot be prepaid.
Alcoholic beverages
Surcharge for booking confirmed within ten days of travel is $50 per person for double occupancy and $100 per person for single occupancy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Tours start on Thursday and end on Wednesday.
- All tour managers and city tour guides are bilingual (English & Spanish).
- The coach size will vary depending on group size. For van tours with less than 15 passengers, the driver will also be the tour manager.
- If the group size is 15 or less, breakfast and dinner will be a set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. Guests will be asked to follow the restaurant's guidelines.
- Most hotels have a 400PM check-in time. If rooms are not ready for early arrivals, luggage can be stored with the bellmen.
- A credit card is required for incidental purchases. Hotels accept all major credit cards.
- International and Domestic flights are not included in the tour package.
- Flights should arrive LGA|JFK or EWR(extra charge) on Thursday. Hotel check-in is 400PM.
- Flights should depart Buffalo, NY on Wednesday. Hotel check-out is 1100AM.
- Please provide flight information as soon as possible to ensure smooth transfer.
- Tour manager contact details will be available two days before departure.
- A valid roaming / What's App contact number for the passenger must be provided at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and other needed services.
- For all passengers' comfort, please travel light (recommended luggage: one carry-on and one international-size suitcase). Our coach can only accommodate one big and one small bag per person.
- For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
- The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and breakfast, if applicable. Passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the hotel. (American hotels have two beds in one room at maximum.)
- Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
- Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
- We request that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the tour. This vacation package is open to everyone.
- Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
- Children under two years travel free. Child price applies to children between the ages of 2 and under nine. Nine years and older are adult pricing.

Tours Limited does not give refunds for no shows.
Tours Limited will cover the hotel room + tax and breakfast (if applicable). All Incidental additional room service and any damage will be charged to guests credit cards.
The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, Tours Limited will try its best to fix the problem. However, Tours Limited will not provide monetary compensation.
We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through Tours Limited. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If you purchase optional tours that are not through us, Tours Limited can not provide any assistance with that service.
In case of a Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tours Limited will not provide monetary compensation.
The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed. However, in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control—such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities—to the extent that such circumstances occur, the same hotel cannot be provided. Tours Limited will provide a similar hotel. However, Tours Limited will not offer any monetary compensation.
