4) Please note that if your flight arrives early or late, you may miss parts of today's scheduled itinerary. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the missed activities.
5) Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list prior to your travel date.
6) Tours Limited reserves the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on the weather, traffic or any other conditions for the convenience of the passengers.
7) A mandatory tip of $5 USD per person per day is required for the tour manager, to be paid in cash. This cannot be prepaid.
8) Hotel rates are subject to change at the time of booking.
9) Child age is 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
10) One piece of medium luggage and one carry-on per person is recommended.
11) If the suggested hotels are not available at the time of the confirmation, we will offer alternative hotels with new rates. We will do our best to maintain the rates of course, but all depends on availability.
12) In case of different dates or number of paying passengers, rates will be subject to changes.
13) Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to the hotel’s availability.
14) In case of human or computer error, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
15) A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.
16) For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
17) Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am.
18) Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
19) Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be
20) unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
21) Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours under 15 passengers, we will have a Driver as the Tour leader.
22) Tours Limited is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
23) Hotels will ask for CC with your personal name on the card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
24) We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. This will be $25 per person. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
25) The passengers are liable to pay for any damage caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valuable amount before the end of the tour.
26) We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
27) We recommend that the passengers have NO political and religious discussions during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
28) The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and an umbrella are recommended.
29) Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural Calamities and wildfires, the route and itinerary will change without prior notification.
30) Tours Limited does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with
31) them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
32) Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
33) Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. We try our best to accommodate your room request regarding view and category. This request is subject to the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
34) In no event we are liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
